Mass map construction with simplified dynamics

The construction of large angular size maps (up to 100 square degrees) can not be made with N-body simulations specially if a large number of such maps is needed. To overcome this problem, it has been proposed to use simplifed dynamics on the projected density contrast. First the linear theory is used to build a realistic projected mass maps with Gaussian statistics. Mode couplings are then introduced with 2nd order Lagrangian approximation applied to this 2D field. Although this is not exact, such dynamics induces the same skewness at large scale (i.e. at leading in Perturbation Theory) so that it sould exhibit most of the large-scale features we want.
