Minutes for terameeting 23rd of June. Present: (Yannick, Henry, Mathias M., Catherine, Fred, Greg, Patrick, Yuliana)

-  Greg will leave Terapix at the end of June
-  Yannick attempts to make a summary of the ongoing TERAPIX projects:

-  Ongoing projects WUDS, VIPERS, NGVS, T0007, UltraVista, VIKING, WIRCAM LP (Cuby), Lyman BAO, PI projects, COSMOS
-  EUCLID, LSST, IMAKA

-  T07 status release date cannot be changed: November 15th. Announced at CFHT USERS meeting in Taipei
-  T07 should be the priority
-  HOWEVER we don't have all the data yet for T07; expect still around 25,000 images to transfer as the Very Wide survey will be part of T0007. So it will take about one month to transfer the whole set of images... but the data will not be ready before august. Patrick and Yannick discussed with Jean-Charles last week in order to explore a faster transfer solution using hard disks sent via express mail from CFHT to Terapix. Another option proposed by Fred would be to have a sequential transfer of each Wide field, one after the other, so that we can process a complete Wide field during the transfer of the next Wide field.
-  We will have W3 field in advance (should be ready before July) and can use it to test the complete processing steps.
-  W3 is being currently processed to check if it is "better" in terms to comparison with SDSS zero points (W3 has complete coverage).
-  Then L99 data will be added which will provide the photometric anchor fields: these fields should pave the field and will all be photometric (note that old photometric flags can be discarded) - Very wide data is not available yet either.

-  VIPERS: VIPERS observations have been processed by Patrick. The cover the "missing" tiles. We produced six new tiles. There is one W1 field to re-do. Should be ready by June 25th.
-  Ultravista new data ( 1000 new images) need to estimate grading

-  NGVS stacks. NGVS has low priority and we will not work on this data.
-  Imcopy Imcopy has a problem: any weightmap which has zero will not have zero after decompression. Need to check to see if any PI, UltraVISTA, VIKING, NGVS data is affected by this problem. In principle, all weightmaps produced and compressed after Feb. 22 should be re-done. This means we must have to re-do all QFITS-in done after this date. Fred will see whether we could just re-run the weightmap production, and keep all other QFITS-in products.
-  VIKING It seems there are a few new images which overlap the CFHTLS W1 field of view. Priority for this is low for the time being.
-  WIRCAM LP (cuby) Y -> 130 deg^2 in CFHTLS Wide. 150s (first), Y (150s, second), J, Ks, OBs need to be prepared.
-  Lyman BAO (Croom): no actions required here.
-  WUDS (Roser). Roser has not started to work on this data.

-  PI data Beaulieu data (WIRCAM+MEGACAM), Lehnert
-  COSMOS data PSF homogenisation for Subaru UltraVista. May be long and difficult; need to estimate the work prior to star.

Other projects:

EUCLID- ESA Space Mission. Announcement of Opportunity (AO) expected soon. AO data not set issued. But response to AO is still September 10th. TERAPIX will 'lead' ground segment. Cost about 650 Meuros, launch: 2019.

LSST- Ground based telescope. Yannick discussed with LSST bosses and they were quite interested in the quality control tools developed at TERAPIX. There could be a feedback before the end of June. For mid-August we should produce a description of what products TERAPIX can provide. Decision of the Decadal Review will be important is expected by mi-August. We will known whether or not LSST will be highly ranked or not. Participation of Terapix to LSST supported by INSU. Cost 1 Billion euros, first light 2017.

Imaka- New CFHT wide field imaging instrument. 20ME. prototype under construction. Could provide 1 deg^2 AO field with 0.3'' seeing. First light 2016?

Youpi (Mathias)
-  An option has been added to stop processing if the mask file is missing. This has been added to Youpi.
-  Added support for stuff plugin which allows visualising images in the browser.
