ESO Comments:
1999-06-13: Wind again above 12 m/s, then dropping
 

Comments:
1999-06-13: 24 frames for the superflat. Wind. There is no MASTER_BIAS with right port and conad, so I use the MASTER_BIAS of the 1999-06-12
