 Multi-languages upgrade

4.00:
 Site Map is now different in Public and Intranet areas, displaying the map of the current area.
 Search tool also now clearly distinguish Public and Intranet areas: results concern only the current area.
 Protecting/Unprotecting elements is now easily done by using reserved keywords in the RESERVED_ACCESS keywords group. All skeletons have been modified to take this security mechanism in account; white page quickly displayed when accessing a protected page has been removed; no edition of .htaccess file is required anymore for existing secured users.
 Intranet skeletons have all been cleaned and upgraded.
 Upload limit has been increased to 256 MB, allowing big files in articles.
 Documentation has been published, including Glossary, Security procedures, Tips and Tricks.
