Youpi ( Yuliana and Mathias M.) Yuliana would like to have a list of all the images used in T0006 in Youpi; Mathias will provide a list that can be cross checked with Yannick's list. All the mix21 Youpi output will be moved to fcix5 Comment from Fred: ftp is better for big files / rsync better for small files. T0006 processing: all output and input files will be stored on fcix5. Still not decided if we should include the pre-survey images as this will make the calculating the astrometric solution very challenging. Yuliana will use the production database for W4.
Wircam (Patrick) Discussion with Bouvier who wanted reprocessing of old data (not possible -- these data have been long since removed from the disks.)
Also it seems that some Bouvier data was missing in previous runs (it was only partially transferred from CFHT) Unfortunately this will have to reprocessed Bouvier run on mix10 processing finished Lodieux processing / report almost finished Two new requests from Guillaume Dubus comprise large amount of data (>1000 files).
Discussion of WIRCAM processing
Patrick and Yuliana must spend more time on development (two days/week for Patrick and one day for Yuliana) Fred will also spend one day on development Yannick suggests that there should be one weekly internal meeting discussing development projects. How do we reduce the load on TERAPIX (principally Patrick and Yuliana) for processing PI data? Bouvier has two postdocs -- can they help with quality control / data processing? Need to find some way to reduce the load on Patrick/Yuliana but before we have something concrete to project PIs (like Terapix/WIRCam or /MegaCam cookbooks for users) it could be difficult. In the short term, Mathias S. should spend more time at TERAPIX to work with Yuliana for T0006.
Youpi development (Mathias M.) Processing selector modified "Start searching" button added. We need to reimport the grades. Need to work on adding the .ahead files Bug in SWarp that still needs to be fixed. Statistics page needs to be redesigned. Before working on SCAMP Condor logfiles are now clickable and can be retrieved from the Youpi interface. It would be good to have a unique identifier for each logfile. Mathias says this should be easy to implement.
Hardware (Fred) All software has been installed correctly on fcix5 including PFSex and Skycat. (hopeful now that this version of PSFEx can be incorporated in qualityFITS). The new machines will received this updated system first, then it will be copied to the older machines. There could be one or two days of downtime on clix. Top priority to have the machine with 64 Gb of ram accessible for large SCAMP jobs mix10 system disk changed; network switch port connected to this machine was also bad.
Misc Funding: 15keur arrived PNC 30 from INSU- 9 keur from PNC for NGVS project total should be 48 + 9
