Practical information

the meeting takes place at IAP, in the "salle du conseil" room (basement, follow the signs). It starts at 10:00 pm and ends at about 5:00 pm
 An XGA video-projector and a laptop (with Windows Office 2003 and Linux OpenOffice) equipped with a USB interface are available for presentations.
 Internet access through Gigabit ethernet (DHCP, cables provided)
 WIFI (SSID wiwi, the passphrase is the same as for the private web pages, or hexa key 556A0DADA1).
 Complimentary lunch at the canteen will be at about 1pm.
 Drinks and cakes are available during the breaks. :-)

la réunion a lieu à l'IAP, dans la salle du conseil au sous-sol (suivre les panneaux indicateurs). Elle commence a 10:00 h et finit vers 17:00 h.
 Un vidéo-projecteur et un ordinateur portable (avec Office 2003 sous Windows et OpenOffice sous Linux) équippé d'une interface USB sont disponibles pour les présentations.
