Reminder CFHTLS on data distribution policy

Important notice: Following the CFHTLS data distribution policy and the Terapix-CADC agreement, we remind users that the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre (CADC) is the sole distribution point for CFHTLS data products. This includes raw Megacam images and also derived products produced at TERAPIX like image stacks, weight maps, flag maps and catalogues. TERAPIX does not distribute these items; users should register at the CADC as a CFHTLS user and download them from there.

Specifically for the CFHTLS T0007 release, following the CFHTLS data distribution policy and the Terapix-CADC agreement, the CFHTLS data products will be distributed by the three access points : TERAPIX, the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre (CADC) and the Strasbourg astronomical Data Center (CDS). These data will be available to all users without registration.

Note importante: En accord avec la règle de distribution des données du CFHTLS et l'accord entre Terapix et le CDAC, nous rappelons aux utilisateurs que le Centre Canadien de Distribution des Données Astronomiques (CCDA) est le seul point de distribution des données du CFHTLS. Ceci inclut les images brutes Megacam, mais aussi les produits Terapix, comme les images moyennées, les cartes de poids, les cartes de sémaphores et les catalogues. Terapix ne distribue pas ces produits; les utilisateurs qui désirent exploiter les données CFHTLS doivent s'enregistrer au CADC, ainsi que sur la liste des utilisateurs autorisés du CFHTLS. Cette procédure les autorisera à télécharger depuis le CADC.

Pour la release specifique CFHTLS-T0007, avec la règle de distribution des données du CFHTLS et l'accord entre Terapix et le CDAC, les donnees du CFHTLS seront distribues par les trois canaux suivants : TERAPIX, le Centre Canadien de Distribution des Données Astronomiques (CCDA) et le Centre de Données astronomiques de Strasbourg (CDS). Ces donnees sont disponible pour tous les utilisateurs sans enregistrement.
