The runs are identified with the Queue run ID given at CFHT (see for example the QSO web page or the night reports web page). In this scheme, the fifth run of semester 05A is called 05AQ05.
This article details the plan of the observations of the CFHTLS Wide for the semester 05A. The aim is to cover a large area of W3 in 3 filters for the Cosmic Shear science and to complement the observations of W2 in 5 bands.
