Teraminutes for the meeting of Friday November 19th 2004

 T0001 Release: CADC have still opened access to the data. But the release almost completed. Thanks to all!

 T0002 Release: Expected Week 2-3 of December (Goal: Dec. 7). Before running T0002,Yannick has to validate last W* and D* that are still "ungraded".

Laurent will clean up the DBs and will start T0002 before leaving for vacations for one week.

Deep field data will be re-processed in order to check data quality with respect to T0001 which is now our reference.

Recentring and production of chi2 image as well as all color-color plots must be done by hand. Once one field is completed T0002-ed in all filters, Jean-Christophe, Yannick and Henry will check and will create missing data.

 Jean-Christophe will check that the produced images conform to the ICD.

 WARNING: all Qfits weightmaps have been created with Weightwtacher and therefore will NOT pass FITverify.

 Jean-Christophe will write a script to transform about 6000 FITS weightmaps. Emmanuel will modify Weightwatcher accordingly.

 The ".param" file created by SExtractor has been organised so that ouput columns appear in a more logical way. The final version was modified and sent to all of us during the Tera-meeting.

 SkyWatcher: Jean-Christophe has implemented VO-table functionality.

 Laurent will add the link to the data base in order to get Qfits image information on all selected files. Jean-Christophe will fix the "reload" command problem. Jean- Christophe will remove "PI data" selection option in the public release, but will keep this option for the Terapix version.

 STIFF 1.8: Emmanuel showed comparison between STIFF V.1.7 and V.1.8 . The new release will have more realsitic colors and better handles color gradients of very extended galaxies. Background estimation is now handled automatically. STIFF V.1.8 will be used for the posters Jean Mouette is producing for the IAP. Yannick is ready to pay posters for Terapix (200 euros each) as far as we still have money.

 Hardware: Still to be ordered: 3 small LCDs, 2 large LCDs, setix2, clix2, dbterapix2, 1 200GB disk for Emmanuel, 1 mother board for mix2/1 (tests).

 cosmix2 has been ordered

 Fred and Emmanuel will install mix4.

 Mireille will stay room 213 from Dec. 16 to 22 due to electric power cut at Observatoire de Paris. Need terminal installed by Dec 15. (Note from Henry: Mireille can use my PC, as I will be away?)

 PI processing: Mireille processed 04AF02 data (Petitjean). The Q1232 field looks ok, with stellar color-color plots similar to D* fields from T0001. However, HE0940 has a problem in r and z band. Not understood. Mireille checked this by manually processing the data using Phot_C and found similar results as SCamp. Yannick will ask Jean-Charles whether the photometric calibration at CFHT was done correctly. If so, we will deliver the data to Patrick Petitjean with a warning regarding these shifts.

 Mireille will run 04AF22 (Seymour) after 04AF02.
