Hardware (Fred)

 Problem with mix10 system disk. Origin of the problem unknown; disk system is corrupted. Unable to boot from system disk.

 Mix3 card arrived at Agorus; still waiting for the delivery of the card.

 mix22, mix23, mix23, youpix ready; waiting for 9U stockage system. All machines will be delivered within the next few days.

 These machines will be installed the empty rack.

 mix7 / 3ware: Fred will back up the raid and reconstruct with a different card; people are asked to removed unecessary data from this machine.

 one Seagate disk will be returned to Seagate (30 euros)

T0005 documentation

 There are still many typos and wrong comments on the pages; Mathias will correct them.

 Releasix stocks all the QF counts / QF pages as well as all .head and .ahead files.

Hudson PI data :Patrick and Yannick

 Test to combine WIRCAM + MEGACAM images and use scamp to do the astrometric solution to get the most uniform solution. Seems to work well. Henry wonders if fields with a very large number of WIRCam images will be handled properly.

Ibata WIRCAM data (Patrick)

 A big problem with saturated objects in the catalogues; this degrades the astrometric / photometric solution.

 Bright galaxies (Barmby) ; special changes made in dithering.

 Bouvier (nebular data). Astrometry good. however one exposure is a Stellar field full of saturated stars which again causes problems for the astrometric solution.

Pipeline: Greg/Mathias)

 Structure of database needed changes.

 Mathias explains how condor policy can be set globally in youpi to control how the jobs can be dispatched on the cluster.

 In the job monitoring there are jobs which are still marked as running even though they are no longer operating. No idea why.

Other matters

 Rich Bielby probably has to sign a bit of paper to have access TERAPIX cluster.

 Yuliana Goranova will arrive on Dec. 15 and will be be in Anthony's office.
