MEGACAM T05 operations Yannick will check this week if new data are available for download at CFHT. Yannick will try to do photometric calibration check early this week. If he cannot find the time, he will hand over the task to Emmanuel. Yannick asks Mathias to be more accurate in his descriptions of the processing and to produce a summary of the photometric corrections done by the SNLS team. Yannick proposes to download the new CFHTLS data zone-by-zone.
WIRCAM PI processing Emmanuel urges Patrick to update the WIRCAM processing document to take into account the new procedures when he finds the time.
T05 developments Yannick suggests to "protect" the field selection process against unintentional clicks on the upper taskbar (add a confirmation request for instance). Yannick proposes to add a check phase before submitting processing jobs on the content of "data shopping carts" through the interface. Mathias S. will test ingestions this afternoon. Mathias M. will add multiselection to the ingestion interface (suggested deadline: March 15). Mathias M. proposes to wrap the WCSlib to allow using the WCS information from Python scripts. Greg will try to understand how the library works this week. Mathias S. will check what ESO uses for processing WCS metadata with Python. Mathias M. proposes to ask Fred to install Geo Django if it available as a Gentoo e-merge package.
Other matters Henry Joy will make a presentation of WIRCAM/MEGACAM PI activities in Leiden in two weeks. Yannick will circulate copies of the WUDS and Virgo ANR proposals later today. Richard Bilby is presently the prefered candidate of Henry Joy for the Ultravista post-doc position.
