Minutes for the terameeting of February 7th 2008

MEGACAM T05 operations
 Yannick explains that there were two problems with the first batch of test data sent by Jean-Charles: (1) the fringe pattern did not correspond to the new flats and (2) The photometric calibration fields used for the grid may not have been reduced with the correct flatfields.
 Henry Joy will try to understand better the problem with his completeness script. He will try to come up with a solution before the end of February.

WIRCAM PI processing

 There is not yet an explanation to the photometric shifts in Ks.
 Mathias will explain to Henry how to use Pickles to calibrate the Bracket Gamma images during the next week.

T05 developments

 Gregory will write a cronjob that checks that the condor tasks are active, and sends a warning e-mail in case of missing tasks (deadline: end of February).
 Gregory will bring back the "quality" parameters into the main image table. Deadline: end of this week. Update: done.
 Emmanuel proposes to regroup the flats and masks by instrument. Two "path" fields must be added to the instrument table, and a specific directory browser must be added to the interface. Deadline: end of next week. Update: Gregory has added the path fields.
 Gregory will check that the pre-ingestion of QSO status tables works correctly through NFS.

System/hardware

 Fred will perform an upgrade of Condor. Proposed deadline: end of this week.
 Apparently e-mails are correctly sent by dotproject.
 Fred prefers to wait for a new release of PHPMyBB to fix the login problem.
