MEGACAM PI processing Mireille encounters some pb of access to the 2MASS astrometric reference catalogue with SCAMP: Emmanuel will investigate this afternoon. Emmanuel will also add a list of alternative servers to the SCAMP documentation. Mireille will like to be on the terapix@iap.fr mailing-list. Deadline: end of the week. PI comments will be expected at the time data must be erased.
Spica2/T05 software developments The first stage of database ingestion should be finished by Gregory by the end of the week. Chiara and Gregory propose to set a dummy instrument, filter, calibration kit and stack for images which do not have identifiable ones. Emmanuel will send a synthetic e-mail describing units and UCDs for database entries, while Gregory finds out how to do manage this from the database Deadline: end of August. Fred will put his modifications to datatransfer on SVN. Emmanuel will add the automatic saturation level in SExtractor. Deadline: end of September. Chiara will start working on MissFITS XML output, and will investigate with Emmanuel how to convert FITS images from floats to short ints. Deadline: enf of November.
System/hardware Emmanuel will install the most recent version of SCAMP on all machines today. Fred will see with Carlos what can be done for the mailing-list. This must be done as soon as possible. Fred will make a census of all machines that may have to be rebooted for the long SMART tests to be deactivated (if this is the explanation). Emmanuel will remove the dying disk from efigix. Deadline: today!. Chiara will install libVOTable on the cluster. Deadline: tomorrow. It is proposed that Gregory shares Anthony's office in the near future.
