Minutes for the terameeting of July 24th 2007

Emmanuel's summary document

CFHTLS T04 processing
 The missing 971 MEGACAM images will be processed for Nathalie Palanque during the next two weeks. Some information about the problem may be posted by Yannick later on.
 For the T05 release it will be important to check that all the expected data are here before and after the QFITS stage: Emmanuel will create a dotproject task to remind us of this potential issue.

MEGACAM PI processing
 QFITSing of the Soucail data is ongoing on pix9.

Spica2/T05 software developments
 Emmanuel and/or Chiara tell Gregory what tests must be done to check the working of the current database model.

System/hardware
 In addition to the sporadic teralist problems that affect all users, Mathias indicates that he faces a systematic 20 minute delay between the time he sends an e-mail and the time it appears on the teralist (this does not happen when sending to a "regular" IAP e-mail address).
 Delphine is still expecting a 2KEUR advance from Besancon to be added to their 3KEuro (out of 5KEUR) contribution for the PNPS machine. Mathias will make sure it is transfered today.

The next terameeting is planned for sometime next week. Exact day and time to be decided later.
