CFHTLS T04 processing Mathias will look into the photometric offset pb in W1 et W3 in more details before Wednesday. Yannick and Mireille explain that the galaxy count inconsistency is most likely an artefact of different proportions of masking in the various integration annuli (which have not been taking into account for the stats). 4 out of 5 Deep-85 have crashed tonight, as a consequence of a shorting of free disk space. Fred will redispatch the data to be swarped on several machines (including mix10) and send to Yannick the command lines to start the stacking. Mathias has just checked on a few catalogues on fcix3 that the E(B-V) appear correct. an LDAC to ASCII catalogue conversion tool is needed. Emmanuel will try to adapt his 12years-old ldactoasc tool to have it working with the latest FITS_LDAC catalogues. Deadline: next week. Yannick expects to complete the T04 explanatory table by the end of next week (first week of June).
Software development Chiara points out that the WIRCAM/SCAMP magnitude zero-point problem reminds us that the future TERAPIX database must store one zero-point per chip. Yannick believes that the hesitations of CFHT towards doing the QualityFITS processing are mostly related to the grading stage. However TERAPIX would be OK with some default grading done "blindly" at CFHT.
Hardware/system Vertical "rails" are missing for installing properly the new sliding machine supports ordered by Fred. They should be delivered in the coming days.
Miscellaneous Yannick recommends to anyone interested in attending the ADASS conference in London to register. It will still be possible to unregister later on. Mathias will send to Fred details about the credit line where the 5keuros from PNPS have been put, and decide with him what machine to buy.
WIRCAM Comments about the WIRCAM documentation shall be sent to Chiara by next week. The masking at 1.5 sigma and the new crosstalk correction by Loic give better results. New reduced images from Loic are expected at the end of the week. Chiara will check whether Loic's selection improves the 2nd pass compared to Chiara's simple selection procedure. Henry will compare the COSMOS stacks produced by D.Thompson and the one produced by TERAPIX in the coming weeks. Before that, Chiara will recompute a COSMOS stack using the latest recipes.
